March 30, '20 Special Town Meeting Guidelines From Town Moderator Kirby (Lark) Thwing: ♦ Town Clerk Pamela Shrimpton and I to be under side door canopy. ♦ Tape record meeting. ♦ Everyone stay in vehicle til 7 pm. ♦ No one enters Town Hall except Town Hall staff. ♦ Meeting begins at 7 pm or as soon as quorum is present. ♦ Maintain 6 foot social distancing. ♦ Take a voice registration of voters present. ♦ Comments called in or emailed in will be read into record after item moved and seconded. ♦ Call meeting to order.   PS: expect it to be raining or snowing and 30 degrees. Dress accordingly.
