Hawley Fire Fighters Render Aid At
Motor Vehicle Crash Site Outside Greenfield

On the afternoon of Sunday, March 12, 2023, as some of you may already know, there was a major motor vehicle accident involving a head on collision on the Mohawk Trail (Massachusetts Route 2) just west of Greenfield. What you may not be aware of is the fact that four members of the Hawley Volunteer Fire Department were passing through at the time and were therefore the first responders on scene.

As announced in our earlier message, Alice Parker and Molly Stejskal are co-hosting ththis year’s Mud Party, which will take place in Alice Parker’s home (96 Middle Road), from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm. They are providing a ham roast for the entrée, and the rest of us will bring appetizers, side dishes, desserts, and whatever we want to drink.
